kafé on the road 2020
Kafé as poúme is making a come back, Tuesday mornings 9.30-10.30am. If you find yourself wandering through Dulwich Hill on a Tuesday, you will find me making Turkish-Greek coffee on my portable gas stove for myself and my darling neighbour, and anyone else passing by. Join us for a socially distant chat on the fence and I will make you a hygienic and delicious coffee, complimentary with your morning. Follow @kafesapoume on instagram for the latest updates.
In the spirt of the The Situationist International and the theory of the derive, I am not publishing the number of our unit block. Abandon your need for g$$gle maps – there is as much joy in seeking, and following the lay of the road, as there is drinking coffee. Kafe As Poume is as always open to everyone, and operates outside of the capitalist system – the coffee is free with your morning. If coffee is not your thing please feel free to join us anyway.
Dulwich Hill lies on the stolen lands of the Gadigal and people of the Eora Nation. I acknowledge the ongoing spiritual and cultural ties of the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation to the waterways, land and sky since time immemorial and pay respects to elders past, present and emerging. Sovereignty was never ceded. This always was and always will be, Aboriginal land.
